Ever dreamt of having a golf simulator in your own home? For this client, the sim room was the inspiration and starting point for their custom home design. We began with the essential dimensions and thoughtfully built out the rest of the floor plan from there—resulting in a highly functional and beautifully personalized layout featuring 3 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a dedicated office, sun deck, and screened patio. The main level leans into a fresh, coastal aesthetic, while the lower level delivers a moody, color-drenched speakeasy vibe perfect for entertaining. Thoughtfully curated lighting played a key role in bringing each space to life. 2,345 finished sq ft on the main level, 2,059 finished in the lower level.
