Working with Teal Creek Homes was an absolute great experience, we have worked with other builders in the past and were on edge waiting for the “this is too good to be true moment.” The craftsmanship put into this house was top notch. They thought of all the big and small details and crafted this house like it was going to be for them. From slow close cabinets, to a hidden pantry, to above and beyond wiring in the house, they thought of it all. They went above and beyond to use space efficiently for extra storage (extra large closets and space under the stairs). They met with us and truly showed us they were in this business because they love what they do and they take pride in their work. They respond quickly and directly to us. The quality speaks for itself. When you walk in their homes, the wow factor is there, the flow of the home is perfect for our family and provides everything we would have asked for and everyone we didn’t know we wanted. I know the competition in Des Moines for building is high, but Teal Creek Homes’ quality, personal touch, and responsiveness puts them as a top builder.
