Worth the wait! Sometimes life events come along and it just isn't the right time to build. Three years, a baby, and a few plan revisions later, we were so excited to get this Waukee project underway. By this time, the clients knew more of what they wanted and family was at a better stage (is there really ever a perfect stage to build?! Umm, no.) We had a wonderful, collaborative build. They also referred us to our construction cleaning crew who have been great trade partners! Good things come to those who wait and we are thankful for these clients and their friendship.
