Modern Edgewater Ranch, Norwalk/Cumming area.

Our neighbors moved way out of town to a beautiful acreage. A year later, they called and said they just couldn't be that far out and could we build their next home! Absolutely!! We updated our Edgewater ranch with a more modern front elevation, added access from the primary bedroom to the bonus office space adjacent to the eat-in dining area, storage below the bonus room and configured a theater room. Color palette: black, white, gray. Totally fit their style, even their vehicles are black and white! We did get to add a dusty blush accent wall in a bedroom. Such cool LED lighting!
